每次我要見到餐桌上有流心蛋我就想要戳破它看看。
在英國很多早午餐店都做不好流心蛋，連Central地帶的吃蛋專門店也不例外，這次在Crystal Palace 的 Coppers 是合格有加，流心蛋是堅的，也是流的。
話說回來，這裡大家對出外吃飯的要求比較隨興，好環境好氣氛最重要，而且沒有亞洲人那樣喜歡打卡的背景之下，他們反而比較著緊食物有無對自己造成不適的過敏原，餐牌沒有美味的彩圖，註解一大行菜式用上的食材，看餐牌都要花點時間。

Every time I see a runny egg on the dining table, I can't resist poking it. During my visit to Coppers in Crystal Palace, the runny egg was exceptionally well-executed. The yolk was firm yet still runny.

Speaking of which, people here have a more relaxed attitude when it comes to dining out. The most important factors are a good environment and atmosphere. Without the same obsession for social media check-ins as Asian cultures, they focus more on ensuring that the food is free from specific allergens. Menus don't feature colorful pictures; instead, there are detailed descriptions of ingredients used in each dish. It takes some time to peruse the menu.
